《成才路上》

固执

你在成才道路上，付出的很多很多，比别人要多若干倍，若干倍。当别人下班后与爱人坐在电视机前欣赏电视剧《永久的爱》、《爱的权利》、《二个女人和三个男人的爱》的时候，你却独自在斗室里一心用功；当别人在旅途中的列车上打扑克的时刻里，你却在探家的列车颠簸中攻读与思考……

你并不干预他人作为电视迷，也不反对别人打扑克，然而，你也不去仿效，因为你过于吝惜时间。

你也没有因为用功而积劳成疾，也没有因为在列车上看书而损伤了视力。也许你劳逸有节，也许你秉有一种消耗不尽的精神潜力，也许又连你自己也道不清的什么奥秘？

别的好心人说话了，说你付出取得太多，太多；而得到的却太少，太少，收支相抵，很有点不合算。

你自己却觉得已经得到了你所想得到的东西：充实的内心世界，无愧于社会无愧于人民的尽心竭力的贡献，还有起码的工作条件和生活条件……

好心人又向你解说：你本应得到更多的荣华，更丰盛的享宴，更高声浪的喝彩和更大范围的承认，而这些，对照你所付出去的是远远不够的。他提醒你：要得到这些也并不太难，只要不那么“死心眼”，有必要“走走路子”，要恪守“三分货色，七分活动”的要诀。

你终于听懂了，就算那些都是好心的“遗憾”，你也并不十分感激。因为你有完好的视力，并不那么短视。因为熟读过历史，也通宵古今中外一些人的成名史，他们各有各的途径，各有各的际遇，各有各的悲欢，各有各的当时荣枯与身后评价。

你有渡海的经验，当你遥望远方时，仿佛海面鼓起，船帆似要滚坡沉落，其实你当真驾舟驰去，并没有落到这般结果。你也有攀山的体验。当云遮雾罩时，一般人看不清山路究在何处，你并不一味彷徨，循径走去，山路就在雾中。云雾虽可迷眼，毕竟是脆弱的。

大自然和人生都不总是那么一目了然，不同人的视点不同，角度不一，对所获得理解自然也不尽同。

我知道你很固执。

你可能固执到这种程度：纵然到底也不能获得好心人提醒应该获得的那些东西，你也丝毫不悔。只要不枉一生，只要无愧于世，只要心血能化为甘霖，只要正气能常滤清风……

你宁愿追求清寂的真实，也不要那隆盛的卑伪。

"Man is the artificer of his own happiness".If you want to success,please believe yourself.

I just feel very tired today.Don't know what reason,maybe my habit has let me drop in the trap make by myself.
However I am sicking now,still hope you all won't be fall in the bad habit(wake up late,sleep late also).Wish you health!!!

Exhibition...

I had go to an exhibition was organized by M.C.A. at last Friday.Theme of exhibition is political programme of M.C.A .One of the thing I will feel strange is we can see a lot of stall in the hall but most of that is not introducing about M.C.A.
Give an example ,one of the stall is The Voice Media's stall.They have organizing a competition of N.J.(Network Jockey).Because they will organize the first network media in Malaysia ,and they like to find N.J from this competition.
For fun ,I had take part in this competition.In this competition, we just need to introduce ourselves, reading one essay and answer question from judge.For myself,I think still have a lot of thing need to improve.However I can't join the final round,but still feel happy.
"It is more pain to do nothing than something".Fortunately I have take part in this game.At least one of chance to let me try standing on stage.What will you do if you are the one at there?

TuiTion!!!

The first time tuition for Vivian and Esther in new year.I have meet a bit difference from this.Last time taught them tuition was preparing for their UPSR, but this time is preparing for their secondary life.
The difference between primary school and secondary school is I don't need to prepare a lot of thing but for secondary school I need to prepare before give them tuition.Except this ,you thinking must be comprehensive.If not,you cannot give them a complete learning.
If student just hear and remember,never give consideration to their learning ,they will meet problem.It is because they will learn many thing in secondary school,and they will forget very soon.For student,maybe they need to change their way of learning.
Student,however it is difference with primary school ,but this is a way you must pass through.Let relax and enjoy your live."Lost time is never found again",wish you all can achieve your dream!

《尽得大责任，就得大快乐；尽得小责任，就得小快乐》

快乐与痛苦，自古共存。有一句话说得好：“没有历尽千辛万苦，如何能真正品尝快乐？”因此，当我们在探讨如何得到快乐前，必须了解何谓快乐。

快乐其实很简单，它就是你辛苦劳动后，享受着心血结晶你一霎那间的感觉。君不见，农夫为了因大旱而将近枯毙的稻秧担忧害怕；因一时天降甘露而开心大叫！农夫快乐，因为他辛苦耕种一季的收成得以结果;农夫快乐，因为他经历了即将失去的痛苦又失而复得；农夫快乐，因为他享受着他的心血结晶。快乐就是这么简单却又让人难以捉摸。

“尽得大责任，就得大快乐；尽得小责任，就得小快乐”，这句话告诉我们，承担责任，是得到快乐的唯一途径。的确，承担责任就意味着你必须付出，这也表示着你正迈向得到快乐的途径。你付出得多，所得到的回报也多，虽然那回报与付出未必成正比，但你势必比付出得少的人得到更多。就好像大发明家爱迪生，一生失败的实验不下万次，最终成功留下千余件发明而被人称做“发明大王”。以前的穷书生十年寒窗苦读，在登科后那“一朝得志马蹄疾，一日看尽长安花”的欣喜若狂，还不是因为付出得到了回报而开心、快乐。所以承担责任与所承担责任的大小就是你得到大快乐或小快乐的唯一途径。

承担大责任，就表示你拥有远大的理想。人因实现理想而伟大。在完成责任后，你将不只因个人目标实现而开心，也会因广大社群受惠而更快乐。爱国殷商陈嘉庚，为善不落人后，却不因被同胞称颂而大乐，反而为能帮助祖国富强而欣慰。就因陈嘉庚尽得大责任，所以他得到大快乐。人要得到大快乐，就必须勇敢承担大责任！

尽得大责任，就得大快乐；尽得小责任，就得小快乐。虽说痛苦总在肩负责任的那时，但尽得了责任，就能得到快乐。责任、快乐永难分离！

Forth Interview

Interview,an action that we will meet when apply scholarship or job.The forth time I has interview for job,use my experience of last time,this company is a standard company but I think it just for temporary job.
A lot of people say somebody like me just graduate from secondary school,don't have any experience ,what job can do by us?we just can do the job like promoter ,waiter and other job don't need too much knowledge.From my experience ,what will we get just come from what are we doing.If you want get good job or good scholarship,you must try a lot of way.
I introduce one of the way take you can meet difference job with promoter,waiter and other ,you may sign up in Jobstreet's wed site,that's the way I will meet these job.
The most important thing is " man propose ,god dispose",if you start your first step,so you will get your hope thing.

Thinking MaKe You SuCcess...?

《The Secret》 us ,if you want success in your life ,the most important thing is you must have a positive thinking.How to say?It is means when you looking for something or doing something ,what will you think at first?You will say don't have any resource to do this thing or you will say how can you make it?It is two kind of way to consider from there.One of the way is positive thinking and other one is negative thinking.

I think about the wording of what kind of thinking will decision what kind of your life just fifty percent correct. The other fifty percent is how are you implement your think.A lot of person have good idea but only ten percent of people will success.What is the reason?It is because ninety percent of people won't do their plan or don't have persevere in their facilities.

Friends,if you want to success,must believe yourself.Except believe yourself,and follow the slogan of Nike"Just Do It".

Feeling Free...

Sometime we will very enjoy to sleep until afternoon,but is this a health way of our life?If we can continue jogging or exercise everyday ,it will help us to keep our health.
Today I sleep whole day but I think I have waste my time.Although sleeping is an enjoy thing,but I really don't know what am I doing today.If you want your life became interest,you must got job to do ,have a target to complete.This is only way you won't missing yourself.
Except prepare study, I also need to aim new thing to do !!!

想看辩论培训迈向怎么样的组织？

一个组织的形成从雏形直到成形，这当中总会经历一些曲折离奇的过程。本辩论培训队便是如此。辩论培训队从以前的专为比赛而组队到目前秉持着使辩论艺术普及化的使命，这当中共经历了四个时代，我姑且称之为：动乱，意识醒觉，革命，稳定与发展。
1）动乱的时代（2001-2003）：
2001年，尊孔有辩论学会。2002年辩论学会因华文学会改组而解散。2002，2003这两年，黄国梅老师接下重整尊孔辩论培训队的工作，为此国梅老师还找了当时刚毕业的2001年国际大专辩论赛最佳辩手：胡渐彪先生（彪叔）成为我们的教练。
2002，03这两年辩论培训队的情况犹如第一次世界大战后所成立的国际联盟，这时的组织没有向心力，大部分会员只是因国梅老师看中他们的潜质而给予他们机会为校争光。当比赛结束后，整支队伍便解散，你走你的阳关道，我过我的独木桥（白费了渐彪与国梅老师的心血）。试问，这种只为一场比赛而成立队伍的文化是尊孔辩论队的文化吗？它符合渐彪，国梅，征东以至大家所期望达成尊孔辩论队成为一支强队的目标吗？
2）意识醒觉的时代（2003-2004）：
2003年，莫家鸣等的辩论员摘下尊孔近年来在八独中最好的成绩（高中组亚军）。紧接着2004年，素仪，荟企，康宁等辩手被发掘出他们的才能；家鸣等的辩论员也意识到贡献母校的重要性。因此在当年八独中初中辩论赛前夕，素仪他们参加了第一届青运新苗杯并拿到了冠军。
校友在是次比赛的贡献帮助了我们，素仪他们也以认真筹备比赛的态度让渐彪与校友们从新对尊孔辩论队评价。国梅老师，渐彪，征东意识到尊孔要成为强队必须把握住素仪这批人横空出世的锲机，不能再落入为比赛而组队，比完赛后解散的轮回当中。至此，尊孔辩论队的主轴开始落在征东，素仪等人的身上而我们这批高中生也脱离幽灵会员的角色从拾辩论培训队的名义。
3）革命时代（2005-？）：
2005年，征东开始为了组成一支梦幻队伍而努力。征东以他个人的魅力成功拉拢了一批有潜质的辩论新手，然而我们又新添了幽灵会员。这一切都无阻征东的大计。05年征东不仅带领尊孔辩论队夺得福联青吉隆坡区域赛冠军，进军全国（他本人还夺得全场最佳辩手的荣耀），夺得了尊孔近年来在辩坛所得过最大的荣誉（这个冠军也让校方对辩论队改观并强力支持）。他还改革了辩论队旧有的架构：一支参赛队伍+领队老师+教练（一打即散）为:分支1：会员+老师+教练（非比赛时）；分至2：参赛者+老师+教练（比赛时）这两种分支同时并行。新的架构让我们不仅有足够的人选并从中选出精英参赛也拥有足够的人力资源能让我们迈向终极目标：使辩论艺术普及化。
很可惜的征东壮志未酬便必须退下岗位，2006年图忠接下达成宏愿的责任。辩论队这时已具雏形，虽然无法保住冠军杯却向着八独中冠军冲刺。图忠期望藉由1（宗旨），2（要求），4（四大原则）让会员们明了他们所肩负的责任。他们当中不仅需为校争光，每一个会员也肩负着让辩论队茁壮成长的责任。但可惜的是，不知名的因素影响着这个进程。期望每位辩论队的队员下情上达（四大原则其中一条），以便主席能解决问题。
4）稳定与发展时代（？-？）：
不知何时开始却知道情况如何。明年，少了征东的尊孔辩论队重夺吉隆玻区冠军，夺得八独中高中组冠军。每位会员都清楚本身的位置。每次周会，校长都会提起辩论队而且是有赞无弹，校内师生都说辩论队的会员很有思维，外界辩手一提起尊孔便是一支强队。
这一切都有待你们的协助！

期望辩论员看过了辩论队的历史能想一想将来你要尊孔辩论队如何发展。

上文为我担任尊孔辩论培训队主席时所写。毕业至今，已近两年,尊孔辩论培训队也已改称为辩论社。辩论社在组织上比起辩论培训队更加稳定，但是依然还不完善。康宁成为07年辩论社的主席，带领了队伍迈向八独中辩论赛的高峰，得到了亚军，创下了近十年来本校在八独中辩论赛的新纪录。08年的主席棒子交给了展建，还望展建能突破康宁的光环，藉08年良机带领众社员踏入新境界。

The frequency of climate have change already.Last ten year,almost the Chinese New Year the raining season had stop already .But now,we still need to worry about the wreck of flood.The big flood happened in last year had make the economic at these place flow down to new rate.Until 1st Jan we still can feel the worry of the inhabitant.
How come the climate will change like that?A lot of report tell us because the green house effect ,temperature have raise in last ten year,iceberg cannot oppose the change so it have dissolve and it raise water level to a new rate.A new higher rate.All thing in nature will influence other ,that's why when water level become higher will increase monsoon turn their time table.
"It is too late to cast anchor when the ship is on the rock."The nature have tell us their resentful recently,please awakening from our wrong and prepare a health earth for our generation in future.

人的潜能真的是无限吗???

曾有一份科学研究指出，聪明如智商高达180的爱因斯坦都只应用了大脑的10%，一般人则连5%都不到，所以人的潜能无限。另有一份科学报告却指“脑力应用论”为谬论。因为人在思考时，大脑是人体血液运用最多也最完全的地方，所以脑力尚未完全应用是错误的。两份报告皆有本身的科学根据，但也是从完全不同的两个角度来探讨，孰对孰错还需让我们本身来思考。
不管是何种学说，其实都想证明一点就是，人以其奥妙而成为万物之灵。现在，人不会满足于目前的成就，他将不断探讨，以求进步。试问，世上何人不想进步？有些人可能期望平平凡凡过一生，可是有谁要被白眼一生？
不要认为自己没有用！梁智强唱出了许多人的心声。的确，世上有太多的人因为在限定的竞争中争不到第一而被人看轻，但是，也有许多人争不到第一但EQ过人而生活的无忧无虑。老实说，世上有六十亿人口，却没有六十亿项目。人人都要第一是没可能的。况且，如果你拿了第一，之后就后无来者，这也很无趣啊！
生活最主要是享受，享受在于你有目标要追求。Elaine是一位很有目标的学生，为了纪念小六生涯而精心制作了前篇的短片，试问五十人中会有多少人有此毅力进行收集，剪接还有制作？在此预祝心仪能不断的设立目标并去达成。也不忘告诉她，这短片证明了她具有能力完成任何想做的事。

Memory is sweet for everyone who treasure it.Elaine is a special student.She make me remember a popular song :《不要认为自己没有用》.
Everyone got their special thing ,but our teaching program just produce only one kind of student at now.The student must got good result or not they will be remark as "stupid".
However teacher like to settle these problem but a lot of parents still want to push their child and hope them become "clever".That's why the percentage of drop out from school will raise every year.The reason is not our program not good but some student can't find their position.
Elaine is a student got a lot of talent.She make this video herself.I want to ask :" Can u all do this ?"This skill don't teach in school,but it is very useful in your life.Don't make result become whole of your child's life,let them know they still other thing in their life.
For the student ,the sentence write by Eleanor Roosevelt"You must do thing you think you cannot do !".Hope you all win the challenge in your life!

Yesterday Dr Choi Soi Lek admit he was the man in sex CD that had spread in Batu Pahat and other place but won't resign his job.Who know ??Just open our eyes he has relinquish all his post.
To be a politician,he must meet a lot of political opponent want to attack him.I think Dr Choi also got this prepare already,but to be a 61years old guy ,just want to step on the top in his politics life.He has destroy by this CD.Although it got many plot behind this,(because Dr Choi say this thing was happen a few month ago but we just know in 2008 )but a politician do the thing like this ,however is his own life still let us feel this is a wrong thing.
Dr Choi resign or not,maybe we don't need to care but the most important thing is ,can police arrest the person who take the sex video because it is about our public security.Dr Choi,you are so near with the top before,and now you are so far with the the top.I think you can be a good adviser by using your experience.
Everyone will care the news of sex CD.I want to tell you all other terror news is the press department decide all mandarin program will dubbed into B.Malay.Zainudin(再努丁) say like this is orthodox. I like to ask you all,is this won't become "rojak"?

07 had went already,08 is in front of our life.However year 07 got a lot of thing are out of my planning ,but these thing have give me a big surprise !!!!
Become a teacher,the thing I have decline an invitation from my teacher before I am graduate.By a strange coincidence I am teacher in SJK(C)Jln Davidson.
In 2008,I hope all thing won't give me big surprise like 2007.I will continue study in China and hope the education fee won't add too much because the Olympic in Beijing.
Last,hope everybody Happy New Year !!!!!
